Try enlarging your Cache on Netscape or whichever browser you are using. In Netscape you pull down the options menu then select network preferences. Where it says enlarge cache crank it up as high as it will go. Also clear your disk cache on the same page, this may help and is usually a good idea when accessing multimedia.
