power/relevance "lost" for whom?
average US teenagers? art audiences? web surfers?
Using copyright-free images to advantage is a
separate issue from Mattel's blind-for-profit idiocies
and Wired writers' establishment-oriented cynicism.
The question I have, once again, is how to avoid preaching
to the converted/being scorned by the cozy. Provoking
Mattel may force a point needing attention. Good luck
to those consequently attacked by the big guns... I am,
and hope we all are, "doing what (I) can," already busy
on other fronts...
how do we convert the cozy from comfortable repose/
