A few weeks ago, I met Linda Nochlin on a dinner party. I told
her about this discussion site and the book we supposedly
are discussing. She really didn't like S&M. but her
very refusal of this
US "nouveau culture" (S&M) consisted in the fact that one
cannot persue it to the end: i. e. to kill somebody
