connected or motivated with a very special way of existence. So who is traveller;
who is in exile, migrant or tourist. Or it is perhaps a passanger(Iggy Pop)?Or theorist
(E.Said) or an artist (R.Ganahl). For Said theories are travelling as humans do, for Rainer languages are motivating this exchange and so on..

Arrogance towards traveller is very much explained by the very dramatic fact that, travelling is a special condition of existence as opposed to universal
policy of crosssing the borders.
