Not just my Korean sucks. My English sucks too. And this
is a bigger problem in Korea than anywhere else. I have
to stay here in Kwangju for a few more days. In my endless
jet lag, Cliffordąs book helps and inspires to this kind
of scattered dairy like writing. Half of the essays in
his book are not łacademic˛. He wouldnąt say how many
cockroaches he kills every evening when returning to
the hotel (tonight, I got 5 big ones and several small
ones) but he describes how it is to live with museums
in a contemporary world. On this point, I myself could
add anecdotes but Iąd like to encourage yours as well....
