This is getting pretty amusing...

*** MCA Records slaps Mattel with Barbie counterclaim

MCA Records has responded to an earlier lawsuit filed by Mattel by
naming the toy manufacturer in a counterclaim that asserts Mattel
made false and defamatory statements about the music label. In its
lawsuit filed Monday, MCA Records alleged Mattel "accused MCA of
crimes and subjected MCA to hatred, contempt, ridicule ... or had a
tendency to injure MCA in its reputation and business." Mattel's
lawsuit, filed on Sept. 11, asked for the immediate recall of
"Aquarium," the debut album by Aqua, which includes the hit single
"Barbie Girl." Mattel claimed lyrics in the song "associate sexual
and other unsavory themes with its Barbie products." For the full
