new possiblities of fractal politics by displacing the signiture-effect
of Domain blockage.
Spaces of information must be disassembled and reconstituted as
replicating networks of decolonization through the (re)naming of
resgistered-space. These free electronic spaces will be constructed of
excessive communication and unlimited counter-memories--and nolonger as
part of the hypermnesiac-hierarchies of information. As a memo
from the Rand corporation stated: "institutions can be defeated by
networks, and it may take networks to counter networks." To become
effective speed-democracies we must continue to puncture the
smooth-state by whatever means necessary.
