THE THING introduces THING WORLD! Select your
avatar and hop around the multiple THING WORLD sites. Galleries, studios and
rooms familiar to many in the art world can be entered, explored,
altered and played in. Talk with friends and strangers
in the back office of notorious art dealers, or just have unlimited Martinis
while viewing a gallery show. Almost anything can
happen in THING WORLD. Check it out, it's as easy as 1-2- 3.
1. Download the Palace client software from
http://www.thepalace.com
2. Download the latest edition of scenes for ThingWorld
for PC or Mac .
Unzip and put the files in your Palace picture directory.
3. Now you are ready to connect to
THING WORLD. PC users need to start the Palace client manually and connect to
the www.thing.net server from the File/Connect menu (for the time being).
