For arctic circle we travel along the Klondike, Top-of-the-World and Dempster highways (gif128K) through the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Alaska; and over the globe-blanketing Infobahn to an unpredictable number of sites at one and the same time.
Our physical journey over the Arctic Circle takes us to one of the least populated, last remote wildernesses on earth. From distant points in the Arctic, in contrast, we are connected immediately worldwide via telecommunications. Therein lies the thesis and drama of arctic circle.
